high streets are providing internet access via internet cafes,
ideally the terminals should be low cost, small, low powered, secure
– again the T3/BXP (education) may be an ideal combination.

compact flash running a browser based system, with instant on (from
BIOS), ideal for kiosk browsers etc.

amazing application of a small low cost compact flash based T3
system, is the Locust World project. These systems brings mesh
based internet access to rural communities, or fast deployment of
wireless based internet access on a temporary basis – i.e. conferences
in out lying areas. The Locust World DarkLite is a beautiful
example of technology in action. Visit Locust World
